Here are answers to some of our patients most frequently asked questions about our cancer care practice. Review our list of cancer care FAQ to prepare for your upcoming appointment.

Q: What should I bring to my cancer care appointment?

A: Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Co-payment, if needed
  • Current list of all medications, including vitamins and supplements, or actual prescription bottles


Q: What is your appointment cancellation policy?

A: We make every effort to schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. As a courtesy to others who may require our services, please call our office with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel the appointment.

Q: What are your billing requirements?

A: Patients must pay any co-payments at the time of their visit. Patients are responsible to pay any amounts, such as deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance that their insurance company designates is their responsibility.

Q: Do you have financial assistance plans?

A: OhioHealth and our cancer physicians practice are pleased to offer financial assistance to patients with limited resources and inadequate medical insurance coverage. To be considered, you must provide copies of your income and complete an application.
